Public bug reported:

The Pidgin main buddy list window is missing nearly everytime i start
it... (just the first time after a system reboot)

With all plugins disabled and just one protocol (icq) using it some
offline messages shows up at startup but i cannot open the buddy list
with neither clicking again on the top panel icon nor the icon in the
side panel. I must quit it (which isnt that easy without the main menu)
right clicking in the sidepanel and quit... Then starting again all is
fine and buddy list shows up...
