Hello Brian, I was issue with upgrade of version Ubuntu. Now I use Ubuntu 21. Upgrade was not simple. After upgrade I see a lot of issuer. I not see Desktop but home folder on main screen. It is bad. A have second bug on Firefox. Deb based Firefox often frozen. Reinstall do not help. Now I try snap based Firefox. Jean, thank you very much for help! Now I have successfully installed Ubuntu 18.04! It is perfect release: light and very quick OS. But I see other bugs: - in login manager, when I choose other graphical interface / environment, after login into, I see empty screen only with background picture. Developer team of Ubuntu probably never tested Ubuntu 18.04 for switch on other graphical interfaces - Ubuntu Software is no possible for use. It work on experimental Snap packages. KDE DEVELOPER FOUND BUG IN KUBUNTU If you are using Dolphin 24.08.1 as mentioned in your bug report, then there is some sort of version mismatch in your system packages occurring, since that video shows that kio-admin version 23.08.5 is installed. If all version mismatches are resolved and there is still an issue, then the Kubuntu folks would need to provide support for that. Those are older software versions still being provided by that distribution - KDE developers would need bug reports to be reproducible on currently- released software versions (24.12.3 is the most current for Dolphin and kio-admin) in order to investigate.
