[Bug 286618] [NEW] nm-applet segfault if trying to connect a mobilephone
Public bug reported: I tried to establish an umts connection via my cell phone. The cell phone is a Sony Ericsson k610i. Networkmanager recognise the cell phone well and it is possible to choose the connection to my mobilephone provider. The connection between cell phone and notebook is made via an usb cable But nm-applet segfaultet. I found the problem at my side. Public bug reported: Hi, I have upgraded my thinkpad x41 tablet from intrepid to jaunty. Until the last updates in april everything runs fine. But now I am not able to use the system longer. If I start in normal mode I don't get the gdm login screen. I just see some color chaos. I can't switch to the console, I only can ssh into the maschine. Hi, I can confirm that the external commands are not working out of the box. But that is not a bug. See /usr/share/doc/nagios2/README.Debian there it says: External Commands ^ Nagios 2 is not configured to look for external commands in the default configuration as a security feature. To enable external commands, you need to allow the web server write access to the nagios command pipe. the simplest way of doing this is to set check_external_commands=1 in your nagios configuration, and then change the permissions in a way which will be maintained across package upgrades (otherwise dpkg will overwrite your permission changes). Hi, I have this problem on an Athlon Xp 2400+ with 758MB RAM. I am running feisty with all updates. [Bug 81720] edubuntu feisty install iso not working on intel core duo cpu
Public bug reported: Hi, I tryed the herd2 and the daily from 25th Januar feisty iso on my intel core duo. After the keyboard detection it starts to load some drivers but then the systems hangs. If I switch to tty4 I can see the error message: kernel not found, this messages appears again and again.
