Public bug reported:
I am using two 17inch tfts on my nvidia graficcard in xinerama mode. If I have
an application in fullscreen mode on one tft and I open an other application it
can happen that the second application is under the fullscreen application.
The second application should be opened at the other tft and not on the one
where a fullscreen application is running.
I tested this on hardy today.
