The problem remained

** Description changed:

  1. Turn on the PC.
  2. I expect the inclusion and loading of the desktop.
  3. The computer freezes, the screen turns off, the disk is not activated.
  To turn on the computer, you must select recovery mode, or an earlier kernel. 
In this case, there is a delay when you start a certain disk. When booting with 
an early kernel, the screen resolution becomes low, with no choice.

1. Expect that video playback will be continuous throughout the entire video.

1. I try to turn off the computer in the standard way or "shutdown now" 
2. Expect that the PC turns off 
3. In fact, the result is one. The Ubuntu logo appears without moving. ! Before 
the system update from 16.04 this problem was not. Changed the update mirror is 
standard on http://mirror.corbina.net/ubuntu as with the previous mirror the 
distribution upgrade did not happen, the system saw no updates.

2. I expect the inclusion and loading of the desktop.
3. The computer freezes, the screen turns off, the disk is not activated.
To turn on the computer, you must select recovery mode, or an earlier kernel. 
In this case, there is a delay when you start a certain disk. When booting with 
an early kernel, the screen resolution becomes low, with no choice.

  1. Turn on the PC.
  2. I expect the inclusion and loading of the desktop.
  3. The computer freezes, the screen turns off, the disk is not activated.
  To turn on the computer, you must select recovery mode, or an earlier kernel. 
In this case, there is a delay when you start a certain disk. When booting with 
an early kernel, the screen resolution becomes low, with no choice.

Высокий Iowait при работе со второстепенными носителями
При записи на флешку, или при работе с другим медленным накопителем, система
начинает тормозить вместе с ним, несмотря на то что задача может быть
второстепенной.

1. Произвожу запись на флешку, происходит подвисание системы из за высокого
iowait
2. Ожидал что процесс записи будет проходить незаметно для системы.
3. Вставляю флешку, произвожу копирование на неё, смотрю iotop

When video acceleration in 10 times it is cropped.

1. Expect to see a time lapse video as a whole. 
2. The rapid was only the beginning of the video clip, the rest of no, it's 
circumcised. 
3. Posted a few clips on the time line, set the speed to 1000% cleaned the 
spaces between video, launched the render.

При ускорении видео в 10 раз оно обрезается.

1. Ожидал увидеть ускоренное видео целиком. 
2. Ускоренным оказалось только начало видео клипа, остальной части нет, она 
обрезана. 
3. Выложил несколько клипов на временную ленту, установил скорость 1000% убрал 
пробелы между видео, запустил рендер.

CPU load when showing the end of the clip.

1. Expected CPU load at all. 
2. It turned out that the load at 120%. 
3. Took a video mpeg cut it on the tape and sped up 1000%. When you hover the 
playhead to the end of the clip, the processor begins to boot. When the cursor 
is in the body of an accelerated clip, the processor is loaded a bit about 
20-25% and only if the window is active kdenlive.
