Public bug reported:

1. Loading the OS. Expect the battery indicator to be located in any one state,
for example the state of charge.
2. The battery indicator is constantly changing. It interferes with work at the
laptop.
3. This is due, among other things, to the fact that the battery life has come
to an end, keeps the charge only a few seconds. Perhaps the battery fails
precisely because the charging mode is not optimal. Maybe it makes sense to
make power directly from the network? Carrying a laptop without a battery is
not aesthetically pleasing.
