[SM-USERS] Printable version and Unsafe Images

2004-03-17 Thread AragonX
Okay, I searched the archive and I could not find an answer to this
quesiton. I saw two others ask the question but never did see a reply.

Here is the issue:

I get an HTML email. Then I select 'view unsafe images'. Everything
looks good and I want to print it. So I select 'view printable version'.
Then the unsafe images are removed. I cannot get the printable version to
show with the unsafe images.

Can someone help me with this?

Well... seeing as how this was a SquirrelMail list and not one for
Spamassassin, I'm not sure how much help you'll get for this question ;-)

That being said, what I usually do if I want a site-wide spam/viral
filtration system is I use Amavisd-new (which in turn, uses Spamassassin
and a dozen other things you may like). It has a whitelist, a blacklist,
and lots of other things of a similar ilk.

I have online documentation regarding it here:

http://www.geekcomix.com/cgi-bin/classnotes/wiki.pl?Setting_Up_An_Anti-SPAM_Gateway

I'd also be willing to answer questions on it (off-list, since this ain't
/exactly/ on-topic). I will also say that I have gotten this to work
perfectly with SquirrelMail... s... that sort of brings it back
on-topic ;-)

Nothing fancy, just a standard .htaccess redirect.

That would certainly make things more work.
