No, there aren't a crash file in /var/crash after issue. Sorry :(
Also, no appeared any message in the display that infored that GNOME has 
crashed.

  Hi,

  I have the following issue:

  When the additional display (connected by HDMI) is the primary, after
  I blocked session the Gnome Shell is broken. I need restart Gnome
  Shell and apply display configuration for establish the initial
  configuration. When Gnome Shell is broked, the extension Panel-Docklet
  (v18) didn't work correctly.

  If I only use the laptop display, the issue doesn't appear.

  In the syslog I can see this issue recursively:

  [drm:gen8_irq_handler [i915_bpo]] *ERROR* The master control interrupt
  lied (SDE)!

  I'm not an linux expert and I don't know how I can see more logs. I
  can do screenshots and send it to you if it can help you.

When the additional display (connected by HDMI) is the primary, after I
blocked session the Gnome Shell is broken. I need restart Gnome Shell
and apply display configuration for establish the initial configuration.
When Gnome Shell is broked, the extension Panel-Docklet (v18) didn't
work correctly.

If I only use the laptop display, the issue doesn't appear.

In the syslog I can see this issue recursively:

[drm:gen8_irq_handler [i915_bpo]] *ERROR* The master control interrupt
lied (SDE)!

I'm not an linux expert and I don't know how I can see more logs. I can
do screenshots and send it to you if it can help you.

  I have the following issue:
  
  When the additional display (connected by HDMI) is the primary, after I
  blocked session the Gnome Shell is broken. I need restart Gnome Shell
  and apply display configuration for establish the initial configuration.
  When Gnome Shell is broked, the extension Panel-Docklet (v18) didn't
  work correctly.
  
  If I only use the laptop display, the issue doesn't appear.
  
  In the syslog I can see this issue recursively:

  Shell Gnome crash when primary display is HDMI and lock screen.

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I have the following issue:

  When the additional display (connected by HDMI) is the primary, after
  I blocked session the Gnome Shell is broken. I need restart Gnome
  Shell and apply display configuration for establish the initial
  configuration. When Gnome Shell is broked, the extension Panel-Docklet
  (v18) didn't work correctly.

  If I only use the laptop display, the issue doesn't appear.

  In the syslog I can see this issue recursively:

  [drm:gen8_irq_handler [i915_bpo]] *ERROR* The master control interrupt
  lied (SDE)!

  I'm not an linux expert and I don't know how I can see more logs. I
  can do screenshots and send it to you if it can help you.

  Hi,

  I have the following issue:

  When the additional display (connected by HDMI) is the primary, after
  I blocked session the Gnome Shell is broken. I need restart Gnome
  Shell and apply display configuration for establish the initial
  configuration. When Gnome Shell is broked, the extension Panel-Docklet
  (v18) didn't work correctly.

  If I only use the laptop display, the issue doesn't appear.

Thank you Brad Figg (brad-figg).

I did run the command and it send the logs.

Now I check that this issue starts when I disconnect HDMI. If I block
GNOME session before that I disconnected HDMI the issue is not doing,
but I disconnected HDMI in any moment after start machine and the issue
is doing.

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I have the following issue:

  When the additional display (connected by HDMI) is the primary, after
  I blocked session the Gnome Shell is broken. I need restart Gnome
  Shell and apply display configuration for establish the initial
  configuration. When Gnome Shell is broked, the extension Panel-Docklet
  (v18) didn't work correctly.

  If I only use the laptop display, the issue doesn't appear.

  In the syslog I can see this issue recursively:

  [drm:gen8_irq_handler [i915_bpo]] *ERROR* The master control interrupt
  lied (SDE)!

  I'm not an linux expert and I don't know how I can see more logs. I
  can do screenshots and send it to you if it can help you.
