If I only use the laptop display, the issue doesn't appear. In the syslog I can see this issue recursively: [drm:gen8_irq_handler [i915_bpo]] *ERROR* The master control interrupt lied (SDE)! I'm not an linux expert and I don't know how I can see more logs. I can do screenshots and send it to you if it can help you. [Kernel-packages] [Bug 1551357] Re: Shell Gnome crash when primary display is HDMI and lock screen.
Thank you Brad Figg (brad-figg). I did run the command and it send the logs. Now I check that this issue starts when I disconnect HDMI. If I block GNOME session before that I disconnected HDMI the issue is not doing, but I disconnected HDMI in any moment after start machine and the issue is doing. Thank you. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1551357 Title: Shell Gnome crash when primary display is HDMI and lock screen.
