Public bug reported: Hi,
I have the following issue: When the additional display (connected by HDMI) is the primary, after I blocked session the Gnome Shell is broken. I need restart Gnome Shell and apply display configuration for establish the initial configuration. When Gnome Shell is broked, the extension Panel-Docklet (v18) didn't work correctly. If I only use the laptop display, the issue doesn't appear. In the syslog I can see this issue recursively: [drm:gen8_irq_handler [i915_bpo]] *ERROR* The master control interrupt lied (SDE)! I'm not an linux expert and I don't know how I can see more logs. I can do screenshots and send it to you if it can help you.
