[kmymoney] [Bug 397539] New: Imported investment transactions have details incorrectly matched
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397539 Bug ID: 397539 Summary: Imported investment transactions have details incorrectly matched Product: kmymoney Version: 4.8.2 Platform: unspecified OS: unspecified Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: onlinebanking Assignee: kmymoney-de...@kde.org Reporter: adam@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Investment transactions imported via AqBanking have wrong matching / wrong memo field when viewed in the investment account's ledger. Details: I'm using AqBanking to import transactions from my account in DKB where I have several investment transactions. I've noticed that the "detail matching" is often incorrect and can't be turned off. One particular example. Whenever I import a transaction of a value (say, 300 EUR) its details in the investment acct. ledger are (erroneously) matched to a previous 300 EUR transaction. I got used to correcting these manually anyway based on the Memo/description field. However, this is problematic because the Memo field in the checking account ledger is imported correctly, but in the Investment account ledger the Memo field is taken from a previous transaction. I noticed this happens for transactions with the same value, but not always; it will only certainly happens if the transaction has a transaction fee associated with it. For example, I imported a transaction today for 300 EUR with the following memo: DEPOT 1WERTP. ABRECHN. 17.08.18011 WKN ABCDEFGESCH.ART KV__FUND_NAME__IHR FONDSSPARPLANPREIS 123,456700 EURSTUECK 1,2345 1203/11 When I right click this transaction in the Checking account to go to the Investment account, I arrive at a transaction that has the Memo same as the last transaction with the same value: DEPOT 1WERTP. ABRECHN. 11.08.18011 WKN FFGESCH.ART KV__OTHER_FUNDS_NAME__IHR FONDSSPARPLANPREIS 1,234567 EURSTUECK 123,4567 1203/11 I think there's at least two issues here: 1) The Memo should never be moved over/copied. Memo of a transaction in the Investment account should be identical to the Memo of the same transaction in the Checking acct. 2) Possibly, matching any details of investment transactions doesn't make much sense. The transaction is also prefilled with the wrong investment fund details. Possibly that's the reason that the Memo is also taken over, because it's consistent with the other transaction details. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

By now I am very sure by now, the issue is triggered by suspending and waking the system. As it is not immediately showing up every time, one might suspect other causes first, especially since usually it comes up after leaving the machine on for long times (where one might forget the suspends inbetween) I did patch the BusyIndicator entry in NotificationIcon.qml in the past on one of those laptops, as it is one of the circulating proposed fixes for plasmashell cpu usage, and one of my laptops does neither use dual screen nor any animated plasmoids. The only animated thing is the icon of sparkleshare for me. turning it off did not help however. suspending and resuming almost always triggers the cpu spike. it totally blocks at least one core for me, resulting in plasmashell eating up to 128% cpu. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Label job notifications with destination file name If a destination file name is present, it is a better label for a job than the source file name. This is particularly true for web downloads where the source file name may be a gibberish base64 string while the destination file name would be selected by the user. Committed on 17/08/2018 at 09:53. Pushed by wiesinger into branch '5.3'. Improve resolution of namespaced identifiers. Summary: The PST has problems matching qualified identifiers explicitely set to global with declarations. To work around this we normalize the namespaced identifier to be always absolute. This means that namespace resolution inside findDeclarationImportHelper should be correct now, but may need several calls to find the declaration we're looking for according to the correct rules. Unfortunately, the rules are different for classes, use declarations, functions, constants, etc. That's why it really needs to be call-side decision on what fallbacks can or can't be used. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=396824 Toni Asensi Esteve changed: What|Removed |Added CC||toni.ase...@kdemail.net Ever confirmed|0 |1 Status|UNCONFIRMED |CONFIRMED --- Comment #1 from Toni Asensi Esteve --- Hello! > You now select all of them, mouse right-click opens a menu, choose "Copy from > right to left". > Now the list is empty, but no copy operation has occurred, so I ASSUME the > intended operation is to move the files to the (blue) "<-"-category. I also think that: that set of files is no longer seen because the user stipulated that he *only* wanted to see the "not equal" files, but later the set of files is in the "<- (copy from right to left)" category. > But when > you switch back to viewing that category it now contains 54 files and not > 7+26=33! > Many (maybe all?) of the extra files are in the sub-folder 'PlanetX'. I think that you had the 'PlanetX' sub-folder selected when you choose "copy from right to left" and therefore: the whole folder was selected to be copied "from right to left". If (for example using Ctrl+click) I unselect the 'PlanetX' sub-folder when I choose the files that must be copied "copy from right to left": then at the end only 33 files are shown (which is correct, as you wrote). The bug would be that, when selecting a group of items, a folder is selected easily (and then all its files are selected). [plasmashell] [Bug 370003] Performance issues (laggy animations, stuttering keyboard input handling, severe frame drops in videos) after using plasmashell for a few days
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=370003 --- Comment #12 from Gabor Guzmics --- Joan, since you mention this, are you sure it is only plasmashell in your case that is slowing the system? One of my two machines I work with and mentioned, having this plasmashell bug, had 4GB RAM and showed symptoms of kswapd0 starting to completely freak out even if there was still RAM and swap space left, with short spikes in top - but it was not swapping. I fixed that issue with upgrading to 8GB, and assume its something that came up in the kernel in 2018 (for me as neon user, its ubuntu), as the issue started after an upgrade. Since both things could happen at the same time, I also first blamed the plasmashell issue. However the other laptop has 16GB RAM; far from being filled. The issue of plasmashell eating CPU happens even then. Even further, when plasmashell eats CPU, as it's an 8th gen i7, I actually only realize it through Cpu meters. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kldap] [Bug 397484] Compilation failure due to prototype mismatching
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397484 --- Comment #4 from Laurent Montel --- (In reply to Bart Ribbers from comment #3) > You seem to be completely right, installing openldap-dev fixed it, thanks. > May I suggest adding a check for it in CMakeLists.txt? We already did a check but we didn't test compile without it from very long time :) it seems that it doesn't build without it. I can look at a day how to fix it or make it required. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[partitionmanager] [Bug 397542] partitionmanager on Wayland cannot obtain root privileges (kdesu)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397542 --- Comment #2 from Mark --- Thanks for your testing, Alexander. From your description it seems you're running a normal X session, right? As the bug states, this is a problem only on wayland (in sddm choose Plasma (Wayland) session). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[frameworks-kauth] [Bug 363678] kauth_install_actions does not honour CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363678 --- Comment #5 from Max Harmathy --- I just realised, that this would make packaging impossible. But I looked into actual packaging and found that setting DESTDIR on installation resolves the issue. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[systemsettings] [Bug 395027] [feature_request] Add additional options to sddm-kcm
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=395027 --- Comment #7 from Filip --- (In reply to daniel roi from comment #5) > I just moved to KDE because it was supposedly "way more configurable" than > Gnome, but seeing this request answered with a WONTFIX makes me wonder... > So the only thing I can do to change the horrible icons in SDDM when using > Breeze as KDE's main theme is to change the theme itself? Update *The bad news It seems I was worng and that copying fontconfig and kdeglobals does not parse your font choices and settings after all, at least not on this computer. What you can do is grab a theme like NixOS and see where you need to hardcode your font and its size. To affect rendering you need to look up what the QML variable for it is and then add it for every textual element. *The good news The icons files seem to be the following: [/usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/default/icons/battery.svgz] [/usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/default/icons/system.svgz] [/usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/default/icons/user.svgz] [/usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/default/widgets/arrows.svgz] [/usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/default/widgets/button.svgz] [/usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/default/widgets/lineedit.svgz] Delete them and then insert icons of your choice. Will possibly have to do this every time Breeze gets updated. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[systemsettings] [Bug 344588] 'Regional Setting - Formats - Region' setting behaves unexpected
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=344588 --- Comment #12 from Maarten ter Huurne --- The LANG environment variable assumes that the user will always want the application language and the regional settings to match. This assumption is wrong for people who prefer application language to be English and regional settings from their own country. In particular computer-savvy people who know all the terminology in English but may find the translated terminology confusing. My estimate would be that a lot of KDE users who are not native English speakers fall into this category. So please... don't set LANG. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
