I think we're going to merge the two Scids back into one.

Scid is a little stagnant, what with no active devs , no
file releases for ages and bugs in Git. This way we'll have
one bug free source tree, and one mailing list :)

Alexander has added me to the project. The plan is to move
git master (scid/scid) to scid/scid-4.3-devel, and import
Scidvspc svn as the new master (probably wont worry about
the history).

Since so many people use it, I'll port the window docking
feature straight away.

Then make all the necessary doco/etc renames, and after a
few months make a release of Scid-4.9 (The last release of
Scid was 4.3 and Scid vs PC was 4.8). Scid-5 would be an
good number, but this is needed for when we make a
new format (si5) somewhere down the track.

This merge doesnt have to happen -
i'm quite happy to keep doing my own thing - but in the
absence of active devs, etc, etc, it seems a sensible thing to
do, and it'll be nice to have one project again.

Missing translations from ScidvsPC are catlan, greek and
suomi. (BTW, i believe the russian translation for both
projects is totally broken - if anyone can confirm or deny
this ?)

Oh yeah - we now have a working Visual C++ makefile if
anyone wnats to compile the project themselves (thanks Gerd
and Ted Wong. See ScidvsPC svn Makefile.vc for more info).
