Sorry, but i can't find any bug here, either in docked or window mode.
Are you using docked mode ? Because a bug here wouldn't suprise me. Tcl's 
notion 
of focus is confused by the docked mode, and is why there are keyboard 
move-entry fails, and other trivial errors.

The comment editor binds comment stores to focus-out events.
