Okay, I was able to reproduce the problem in a new database with the following
steps.

1. Started a new database called "testbase".
2. Added a new game.
3. Input the moves: 1.e4 d5 2.d4 c5 3.c4 e5.
4. Added comments (storing, but not closing the comment editor) to 2...c5
"First comment", and to 3.c4 "Second comment".
5. Added a stockfish engine variation to 2...c5.
6. Browsed to the end of the game with the right arrow on the keyboard, back to
the beginning, and on the second trip back to the end, the first comment
disappears.

Anyone else find this behavior?
