Someone around here who

a) uses Windows
b) can compile Scid there
c) tests Michals proposal?

I could commit a suitable change to CVS, but you should definitely have 
a look at it before release. Current setup uses Arial and Courier on 
Windows and MS Sans Serif for the menu font. Mac uses the same as Unix: 
helvetica and fixed.

Note also: this only affects the DEFAULT setup before the user changes 
it, therefore tests have to be done with an empty Scid config.

This probably means that system etc is an aliased to the theme fonts.
