Perhaps I was misunderstood. I didn't propose to convert to utf8
everything. I just asked about conversion to utf8 some _doc_ files.
Nothing more.

Of course I thought about it. I guess that my patches have not fedora
specific parts. I have several fedora specific patches (paths and
compilation flags tuning) which I never send to this mailing list.
