I don't think I have any player like that in my reference base. But given
that PGN is the standard, and only allows ASCII characters, "Bjørneboe"
should not be present in a base (at least the exact spelling should be lost
after any export / import operation).

I used it many times, and it works. It may be a bit tricky, look at usage
examples in other places in the code.
