This is ok and should work (that is saved).

Not for me. "To be played" means "Train with it, you are not at ease with
it". "Main Line" refers to "often played" (which may be not your main
choice) or the classical line (that is Nf6 in the French Defense instead of
the Winawer for example). "Include line" means this is your choice.

Yes, I thought about that but the UI would be overcrowed. The idea is to use
comments which pops up now when the mouse is on a line.

Not at all, but it would be easy to do. For now I'd like to get feedback
whether the feature is complete and ok like that, just to freeze data
format. But for me it is already a clear replacement for Repertoire editor
and other kind of ways to store one's openings.
