Follow-up Comment #49, task #2874 (project savane):
So, the function utils_make_links() is gone now and has been integrated into
utils_basic_markup().
I've replaced every call to utils_make_links with the appropriate call to one
of the markup functions. This should also resolve bug #5300 and bug #5301.
