Follow-up Comment #45, task #2874 (project savane):
Note that I do not think that "poor" should allow verbatim and maybe even not
nomarkup.
We want to allows users to specify verbatim where they are supposedly to
rightfully post code and things like that -- definitely not in CC comments.
And nomarkup should be for us, for site admins that upgrade an installation
and wants to avoid some issues with old items that would cause trouble with
the formatting mechanism.
