RSYNC and BSDI 4.1

Hi,

        Wondering if anyone is using RSYNC on BSDI 4.1 .  I'm using it on
3.1 and 4.0.1 without problems, but I'm getting :

stty: TIOCGETD: Operation not supported
receiving file list ... unexpected EOF in read_timeout

        on 4.1 .
