I'd like to say a big "thanks" too.  Our /home hard disk crashed this
morning, 36GB and approx 50 users.  5 minutes later, I cross-mounted /home
to our rsync backup/mirror (cheap IDE drives on a Linux box), and we were 
alive and working again.
