This is a good idea.  I'll look at doing this.

I suppose I could also tackle an svnserve patch in that forum, but that's
a much bigger divergence.  Well, I'll start with writing a little
something to make it easy to put up the patches I already have.

It's a very subtle visual difference (and may not look different all
depending on your font).  It really only bites people if they're trying to
search for a switch, since "-e" won't match "<hyphen>e", which doesn't
apply to rssh, or if they're trying to cut and paste.  But it also tells
*roff that it's an okay place for breaking the word, which it isn't.

Really, the rssh man page didn't run into any of the possible problems
with this, so it's more a fix to be completely correct.
