I have no objection to any of the patches that you've submitted.  They
all seem perfectly reasonable.

However, as I've once previously noted, I'm really not accepting
patches of any kind for inclusion into rssh, at this point.  Beyond
security fixes, of which I'm pretty confident there will not need to
be any, barring a substantial change in the way future POSIX systems
handle things, I'm pretty much done working on this.  I do appreciate
your enthusiasm though, and it seems like you get my philosophy on
how this thing should work.  You can feel free to bounce things off me
as you like, but I really doubt I'll be motivated to include anything
new in rssh.
