It probably won't come as a surprise, but I pondered about the name quite a 
bit, too :laughing:

That's the thing - if it was *only* for the manifests, we could call it 
MANIFESTS. But it's also supported by transaction scriptlets, e.g. `%post -f 
mypost.sh`.

Funnily enough, when I grepped for this usage in the Fedora spec collection, 
there was *zero* specs that make use of that for scriptlets.
