Argh, now I remember why this wasn't so easy :sweat_smile:. We somehow have to
detect whether the OS version in the FROM line matches our host. This can be
done with a simple `sed(1)` or similar of course, but it just feels wrong (for
one, not all distro images use the same naming scheme).
I'll ponder about a better solution in a separate PR, so closing this one.
