Ok - it works.
XINETD_CONF_PATH=/etc/xinetd.conf
XINETD_ALLOWED_SVC=/etc/xinetd.conf
and the allowed services inside /etc/xinetd.d (regardless wether they
are enabled or disabled).
No more warnings - thank you!
