Hello,

The inetd and xinetd tests are performed separately, so if RKH finds
both inetd and xinetd it will test them both. You can whitelist
inetd/xinetd services in the rkhunter.conf file, however I am more
concerned about the line:

   Found enabled xinetd service: /etc/xinetd.conf

This is not right, as it should show the service name rather than a file
pathname.

Can you run the tests again and email me the rkhunter log file. Could
you also email me a copy of your xinetd.conf please.

thanks,

John.
