Well no one added it to the file that lists the repositories we release, so it
didn't get processed.
Please people if you say "yes this will be part of the release" you need to add
it to the modules.git, otherwise it's not part of the release.
So this is the responsibility of the app developer and not the release
team? Can you point me to the repo in question so I can do it, if it
hasn't already been done?
