Internet Filtering/blocking

Do any of you know of a Linux-based solution for filtering web sites? It would have to be something fairly self-contained, the people at the little private school where my daughter goes don't know anything about Linux but they really can't afford a commercial package. They've been running a Linux/Samba server for 6-7 months now and have been very happy with it so they asked about a similar thing for Internet filtering/blocking.

It would have to be easily administered via a web interface. Is there such a thing?
