Greetings, I just did this a few nights ago, but the only thing I can remember is that you could right click on the icon, select properties, and change the command from "htmlview %u" to "opera %u" and it should work if your PATH is set up right.
Although I'm sure that there is a better way to do this. I've only had RH8 up for a few days now... (Old Solaris Geek, learning new tricks...)
