I am also on the sgvlug list and I only recieve two copies of emails on this list. No other emails I recieve are duplicated. I don't seem to be the only person that this is happening too. But it doesn't seem to be happening to everyone.
I thought that it might be that I was saving copies of the emails on the server but I still recieve 2 emails when I disable that. Either you are subscribed to the list twice or something on your end is duplicating your mail.
