I was wondering if anyone could explain how to eliminate these errors when
loging into FTP via command line? All of the documentation I have found
tells me that the 500 Auth errors are bugs within the Kerberos ftp client.
Do I just change the FTP client being used at command line? How can I? I
have been through the web and have only found the same question posted but
have yet to find the answer to this? Im also seeing extremely slow login
periods when accessing the FTP site externally, could this be the cause? I
am using an ASL firewall so that could be it as well. Any insight is much
appreciated.
Thanks,
DK

PS Im running RH 7.3 and proftpd-1.2.7rc2-1 under xinetd
