[correcting quoting order]

With "detailed example" I meant a demonstration of what your group
entry looks like in the corresponding files in /etc and how you
verify that it does exist. Therefore I even suggested the command
"getent group ituser" to see whether it would find the group. We
cannot do more than believe you that you have a problem. But we need
more details to find out what the problem is.
