There is an app called "Mr. Project" that is a start.  I only briefly
looked at it, perhaps it is too rudimentary/more along the lines of MS
Project 1.0 :-)  But I'm sure it will move along quickly.

Its been the project management tool of choice on all of the projects 
that I have worked on for the last 3+ years.
