RH8 and Apache2, OMG

I will be short.   1. httpd -l Compiled in modules:   core.c   prefork.c   http_core.c   mod_so.c 2. whereis apxs ; whereis apxs2:  No answer   Apache 2.0.40 is in RH8. although it is compiled with DSO support, there is no apxs or apxs2.   any opinions ?
