I believe this may be a function of the desktop GUI used. There have been a lot of reports on the Psyche list of screensavers not working under KDE. I have a clean install using KDE and I can verify that screen savers are not working. For example, this thread: https://listman.redhat.com/pipermail/psyche-list/2002-October/002737.html And this one... https://listman.redhat.com/pipermail/psyche-list/2002-October/002831.html And another, seems we have a theme going. ;) https://listman.redhat.com/pipermail/psyche-list/2002-October/003219.html Oddly enough, a quick bugzilla check against kdebase shows no screensaver related bug reports. So we know it isn't a bug! ;) - -- - -Michael pgp key: http://www.tuxfan.homeip.net:8080/gpgkey.txt Red Hat Linux 7.{2,3}|8.0 in 8M of RAM: http://www.rule-project.org/ - -- -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE9vJ1ln/07WoAb/SsRAgFTAJ9kUJ5J7x13NahMcYEBC0hhtC0zCACeI+FW 3/3uLTlg8i9Q3Xx6IskZmyU= =Mx6o -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@;redhat.com?subject=unsubscribe https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
