You must ask linuxconf to regenerate sendmail.cf. The ip_allow will be supported.
you can upgrade to 8.12. But if you want to continue using the vdomains
you will need linuxconf anyway and it will generate a proper sendmail.cf.

You need a recent linuxconf as well as some relay tricks has been closed lately.
