Much as I'd like to think you guys have proper keyboards - I doubt it.

I'm using a GENUINE Microsoft keyboard.

The tilde is on the left hand side of the '1' key and is the shifted '`' and
the Caret is the shifted '6' key.

Sorry to burst your bubble but if Microsoft says that's where the keys are
supposed to be then that's where you guys should have them. Anything else is
inferior.

Get used to it.
