Ed, I would rather have everything scripted as the change will be occurring rather fast and without too much notice, I don't have time for mistakes. Again, I appreciate all the help. Thanks.

However, thanks for the > suggestion about the TTL, I will keep it mind. Don't know how you have your httpd.conf set up, but for name based virtual hosting, you really only need change that in one place. Now, depending on your specific circumstances, you may have a different setup. On the DNS side, though, you're right: You've got to hit each zone file. Sorry to say I do not have script to do this. Changing the IP is relatively easy. Bumping up the serial number for each affected file, though.....scripting gurus? -- Ed Marczak [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=unsubscribe https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=unsubscribe https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
