I would rather have everything scripted as the change will be occurring
rather fast and without too much notice, I don't have time for mistakes.

Don't know how you have your httpd.conf set up, but for name based
virtual
hosting, you really only need change that in one place.  Now, depending
on
your specific circumstances, you may have a different setup.

On the DNS side, though, you're right: You've got to hit each zone file.
Sorry to say I do not have script to do this.  Changing the IP is
relatively
easy.  Bumping up the serial number for each affected file,
though.....scripting gurus?
