Ed,
Name Based Virtual Hosting is the problem, as only the main IP is
changing (all the other IP's are fine). However, thanks for the
suggestion about the TTL, I will keep it mind.

Are you using IP based or name based virtual hosting with Apache?

Also, before you make this change, I recommend that you lower your DNS
TTL
for each zone.  This way, when you make the change, anyone who's cached
your
address should look it up again.  Once the change is made, you can crank
it
up again.
