FQDN = Fully Qualified Domain Name

ie...www.domain.com

NAT = Network Address Translation

It's when your router/firewall takes traffic destined for internet ip 
address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and reroutes it to internal ip address 
yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy
