Once I get my Joystick driver installed (which is another thread >:-O) I think I can whack windows from my PC at home. Most of the games I play are either playable using WINE or native to Linux. Allot more games are now being written for Linux (Unreal Tournament 2003 is a one and Return To Castle Wolfenstien is another to name a few).
For work, I'm almost there with Linux. I am a Systems Integrator for a telcom (an 11 billion plus in the whole telcom :-P) and I use XP allot. Mainly for Office and Terminal services. But with rdesktop and the new Open Office, looks like Linux on the laptop with a quick copy of XP on VMWare for signing into the company VPN from home might be happening in the near feature :-P!!!! Again, thanks for the feedback... -- Joe Giles [EMAIL PROTECTED] AOL: mcigiles Jonathan Gaudette said: > My opinion on Red Hat 8 is a good one.
