if you are referring to Red Hat Specific packages, do
an upgrade install and do a Custom selection of
packages to be upgraded.  Select the packages that you
need and the dependencies will be automatically fixed.

There are RPM tools shipped with Red Hat but they are
too ***dump*** to handle dep issues.

maybe you could ask Mr. Michael Fratoni (of
tuxfan.homeip.net) if he could make a script for this.
 he has written good tools making it easier to manage
Red Hat RPMS.
