under the gnome control center on a rh 7.1 machine
        sawfish window manager->shortcuts

for whatever context choice, clicking on add/edit will offer you a
list of possible commands to assign to some key you select (grab).
one of the command choices is 'move cursor right'.  in selecting 
this, you are presented with the explanation 'move the cursor 
'move-cursor-increment' pixels to the right' at the bottom of the 
window.

is there a way to change the default 'increment' amount of pixels?
the default appears to be around 12 pixels.
