is imap the same as pop3?
what are they?
why the different names?
aren't most email clients (outlook express etc) designed for pop3?

| I use imap-2001a-10 (this comes with RH as standard, this version is for
| Rh 7.3 ) and supports pop3,pop2 and imap.
