I've found that OpenOffice 1.0 on Windows 2000 does a fairly poor job of
handling Word documents.  Some work, but many of the documents I've
thrown it display with problems.  I usually end up using the free MS
Word Viewer from Microsoft.  Blasphemy, I know...
