If you have the RedHat kernel source installed, then you have the default config files available as well. Have a look in /usr/src/linux-2.4/configs/, find the one for your architecture, and copy it to /usr/src/linux-2.4/.config. Then you can run make config and modify a known working configuration. Reading some of the howtos posted in answer to your initial question would probably help you out a lot. - -- - -Michael pgp key: http://www.tuxfan.homeip.net:8080/gpgkey.txt Red Hat Linux 7.2 in 8M of RAM: http://www.freesoftware.fsf.org/rule/ - -- -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iEYEARECAAYFAjy52w0ACgkQn/07WoAb/SsJjgCfTpYhqy0McbnNMzdtEoGwCR0l DSEAn2V3g+aPfnu+xez6enAlXsGHrKp6 =Q6M7 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Redhat-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
