Yes.. Sorry about that.  I am running RH7.2

I already had the telnet file there and setup.

So I am using xinetd to configure this but when I check my syslog it 
doesn't tell me it is starting up that service.  I am going to try and set 
the logging to trace to see if I can get a more descript answer.
