I use a MasterView 4-way here, and it very rarely has that problem, although it sometimes does, admittedly. However, it never happens here if I wait at least 3 seconds or so from switching to moving the mouse. If you switch, wait 3 seconds before moving the mouse, does it happen then? If yes, I would indeed suggest trying another KVM as the circuitry inside seems a little on the weak side.
