Internal or external?  Externals are easy.  You just need to crank up 
the port speed and feed it both phone numbers, if applicable.  Other 
than that, it works just like a modem.  I have scripts that can set 
that up for you if you need them.

If it's an internal card, I can't help you, sorry.
